All in all everything was amazing, had an unforgettable stay on my holiday. A wide range of great food, I liked it. The staff was exceptionally attentive and very caring and gave me recommendations. Its location relatively close to a lively market was exceptionally nice.

Respectful and incredibly hospitable staff and the place was clean. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Temple of the Jade Mountain. The hotel was in a busy area, short walk to the Golden Holiday like home away from home, and Dong Xuan market and all the main attractions. The rooms were large and the service good.

The room was beautifully decorated and modern with a very comfortable bed. The location was comfortable and handy in the heart of Hanoi.

The hotel's location in an authentic part of the city was perfect. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore, and it was convenient to grab food nearby. The staff's attention to detail and service was exceptional. The basic amenities provided were exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. Our spacious room was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast served at this hotel was one of the best we had during our trip in Vietnam. With a variety of options to choose from, both Western and Asian, everything was incredibly tasty.

Welcoming staff suggested restaurants. The hotel's location was marvellous and fab, to pretty much everything with a night market and a market within walking distance.

The double room was extremely spacious with comfy big bed, bath, lovely balcony. The staff were constantly welcoming and polite.

Liked my amazing stay on my next visit to hanoi. The breakfast was generous and delicious with a good value, all the food was fantastic. This hotel was located in a very central area close enough to Vietnam and nice sights and restaurants in Hanoi, and the center of old quarter.

We thoroughly enjoyed the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Location: the hotel was so close to the night bazaar, many great restaurants and street food a close walk and the taxi on the way to airport. Local fast food option Little Bowl was 5 minutes walk away.

We had a great time here and will definitely come back, with a comfy bed, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and a spacious room.

The units are beautifully decorated and well-appointed with the balcony. The location is in a perfect and excellent spot in the old district.

Luxurious place overall, it is perfectly clean, location is comfortable central to pretty much everything. All the rooms are a nice size with bathtub and the staff are top-class. Very good service and the food is local. There is parking nearby.
